Liebe Leser unseres Reisemagazins. Heute fliegen wir in Gedanken auf eine exotische Insel: Auf der Suche nach dem Seeweg nach Indien kamen die fr\u00fchen Seefahrer – vor allem Portugiesen – auch an den K\u00fcsten der heutigen Nationen Tansania und Kenia vorbei. Sie segelten den endlosen Str\u00e4nden und fruchtbaren Landschaften entlang, die sie auf ihrer Route entdeckten, darunter Bawe Island<\/strong> und die Gew\u00fcrzinseln <\/strong>im Sansibar Archipel<\/strong>, die auch heute noch nichts von ihrer Urspr\u00fcnglichkeit und den reichen Natursch\u00e4tzen verloren haben, die ihren Reiz ausmachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir d\u00fcrfen diese Inseln in K\u00fcrze besuchen, die auf 6 Grad s\u00fcdlicher Breite unter dem \u00c4quator liegen und mit einem subtropischen, milden Klima ausgestattet sind. Freunde, die die Gegend bereits besucht haben, beschrieben Bawe Island<\/a>, „wie die Malediven mit afrikanischen Einfl\u00fcssen“. Also paradiesisch. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt, was uns erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir werden es in wenigen Tagen selbst erleben und in der Vorbereitung auf die Inforeise konnten wir viele interessante Details in Erfahrung bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bawe Island ist eine luxuri\u00f6se Sch\u00f6nheit. Wer au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Urlaub sucht, wird sich in diese Insel sofort verlieben. Warum? Sie ist nur einen Kilometer lang und 500 Meter breit und die exklusive Lage wird unterst\u00fctzt durch das F\u00fcnf-Sterne Resort der The Cocoon Collection<\/strong>, das sich auf Bawe Island befindet. Es ist das einzige Hotelresort der Insel, mehr Hotels sind nicht geplant. Von Bawe aus sind es 15 Minuten mit dem Schnellboot zu Sansibars Hauptstadt Stone Town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Sunrise Villas und Sunset Suites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Cocoon Collection befindet sich im Besitz der italienischen Familie Azzola<\/strong>. 70 Sunrise Villas<\/strong> und Sunset Suites<\/strong> sind perfekt angelegt, um die spektakul\u00e4ren Sonnenauf- und -unterg\u00e4nge zu genie\u00dfen. Die Villen sind zeitgem\u00e4\u00df komfortabel ausgestattet, alle besitzen gro\u00dfe Terrassen und einen privaten Pool. ich glaube, ich muss nicht betonen, dass auf den Tellern der Restaurants exquisite Gerichte liegen, deren einziger Nachteil die Qual der Wahl ist, f\u00fcr die man sich entscheiden muss. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sand<\/strong> – das Hauptrestaurant – ist eine Fusion aus A-la-carte-und Buffetservice. Das Rising Sun<\/strong> Restaurant ist der Treffpunkt f\u00fcr Freunde der asiatischen K\u00fcche mit frisch zubereiten japanischen K\u00f6stlichkeiten. Im Sinfonia <\/strong>werden traditionelle italienische Gerichte direkt am Strand unter Palmen und Tamarinden serviert. Wo hat man schon in einem Dschungel so gut gegessen? Na klar. Im Restaurant The Jungle<\/strong>, das sich sanft in die sattgr\u00fcne Vegetation der Insel einbettet. Nicht nur bei Capri, auch bei Bawe versinkt die rote Sonne im Meer und The View<\/strong> – die Sonnenuntergangs-Bar – ist der perfekte Ort, um diesen Anblick in vollen Z\u00fcgen zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
