In den 90er Jahren wurde es von Georges Duboeuf \u2013 Gr\u00fcnder eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften franz\u00f6sischen Handelsh\u00e4user \u2013 ins Leben gerufen. Es&nbsp;umfasst in&nbsp;10.000 Quadratmetern Einblick in die Geschichte&nbsp;und Kunst&nbsp;des Weinbaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weiter f\u00fchrte uns unsere Reise in die Stadt Beaune. Nicht nur f\u00fcr Weinliebhaber ist die Destination Beaune ein Paradies, auch Kulturliebhaber kommen auf ihre Kosten. Unser organisierter Ausflug brachte uns zu dem wohl bekanntesten Monument der Region. Das Hotel-Dieu (Beauner Hospizien). Mit seinen bunt glasierten Dachziegeln und der gotischen Architektur geh\u00f6rt diese mittelalterliche&nbsp;Hospizstiftung&nbsp;zu den ber\u00fchmtesten Geschichtsdenkm\u00e4ler Frankreichs. Ein Juwel unter den Weing\u00fctern des Burgunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mein&nbsp;Tipp:<\/strong> Seit 1951 wird immer am dritten Donnerstag im November das Weinfest&nbsp;\u201ele&nbsp;nouveau Beaujolais est arriv\u00e9\u201c gefeiert.&nbsp;Um Mitternacht werden die frisch eingetroffenen Flaschen des jungen Weines ge\u00f6ffnet.
