Konzerthaus \u2013 das imposante Geb\u00e4ude mit abwechslungsreichen Konzertreihen, Events und internationalen K\u00fcnstlern der Spitzenklasse, ist l\u00e4ngst zum Wahrzeichen von Hamburg geworden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von den Hamburgern liebevoll \u201eElphi\u201c genannt, begeistert das\nGeb\u00e4ude mit seiner \u00fcberaus attraktiven Architektur in nahezu perfekter\nVollendung mit unterschiedlichsten Raumeindr\u00fccken im Konzerthaus, Stadtplatz,\neinem Hotel mit 244 Zimmern, 45 Wohnungen und einem Parkhaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Besuchermagnet von Weltniveau, nach knapp 9 Jahren\nBauzeit fertiggestellt, mit 7 Jahren Versp\u00e4tung, einem Baustopp von einem Jahr\nund vor 3 Jahren dann die feierliche Er\u00f6ffnung dieses 110 Meter hohen\narchitektonischen Meisterwerks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Turm des Hamburger Michel, ein weiteres Wahrzeichen der\nStadt, ist 132 Meter hoch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stolze 866 Millionen Euro hat sie gekostet, rund 11 Mal so viel wie urspr\u00fcnglich geplant und in der K\u00fcrze der Zeit wurden durch die hohe Auslastung viele Kosten gedeckt.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex Rolltreppe ist 82 Meter lang und bef\u00f6rdert\ndie Besucher in zweieinhalb Minuten bis zur Plaza in 37 Meter H\u00f6he.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der gro\u00dfe Konzertsaal, mit einem Gewicht von\n12.500 Tonnen schwebt mitten im Geb\u00e4ude und ist durch zwei Betonschalen vom\nrestlichen Geb\u00e4ude entkoppelt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Gro\u00dfe Saal umfasst 40.000 Kubikmeter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fcr der <strong>Gro\u00dfe Saal <\/strong>mit seinen 2150 Pl\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn die Plaza der Marktplatz des St\u00e4dtchens Elbphilharmonie ist, so ist der <strong>Gro\u00dfe Saal <\/strong>ihre Festhalle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1963 wurde die weinbergartige Anordnung der R\u00e4nge um das\nOrchesterpodium herum in der Berliner Philharmonie von Hans Scharoun erstmals\nentwickelt und von den zust\u00e4ndigen Architekten Herzog &amp; Meuron auch f\u00fcr die\n\u201eElphi\u201c \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Hamburger Raumkonzeption orientiert sich zudem an einem\n\u201eFu\u00dfballstadion\u201c mit dem Ziel eine beinahe interaktive N\u00e4he von Besucher und\nSpieler, \u201eGleich gute akustische Bedingungen f\u00fcr alle Besucher\u201c zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a mit\netwa 10.000 individuellen Gipsfaserplatten bedeckt. Diese sogenannte \u201eWei\u00dfe\nHaut\u201c sorgt zusammen mit einem riesigen Klangreflektor \u00fcber der B\u00fchne f\u00fcr die\nperfekte Nachhallzeit von zwei Sekunden an jeder Stelle des Raums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Klangarchitektur konnte nach den Vorgaben von einem\nder meist besch\u00e4ftigten Akustiker der Welt, dem Japaner Yasuhisa Toyota,\nrealisiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00dcbernachten in der Elbphilharmonie <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im oberen\nGeb\u00e4udeteil der Elbphilharmonie, mit spektakul\u00e4rem Blick auf die Elbe,\nSpeicherstadt und HafenCity, liegen die 244 Zimmer und Suiten des Westin\nHamburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Hotel verf\u00fcgt\n\u00fcber einen gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Spa-und Fitnessbereich, hoteleigene Gastronomie und einen\nmodernen Veranstaltungsbereich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atemberaubende\nAussichten mitten im pulsierenden Leben der HafenCity garantieren ein\nneuartiges Hotelerlebnis vor der Kulisse des Hafens und der Hamburger\nInnenstadt.&nbsp;&nbsp;
