Nach Ende der Milit\u00e4rdiktatur \u00f6ffnete sich das Land Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt f\u00fcr den Tourismus. F\u00fcr mich war es mein erster Besuch in diesem s\u00fcdostasiatischen Land im Grenzgebiet zwischen Thailand, Laos, China, Indien und Bangladesch und seiner K\u00fcste zur Andaman See im Golf von Bengalen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d7728495.590117739!2d92.17707918314315!3d18.94557587342821!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x305652a7714e2907%3A0xba7b0ee41c622b11!2sMyanmar+(Burma)!5e0!3m2!1sen!2sde!4v1565098814627!5m2!1sen!2sde\" style=\"border:0\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Urspr\u00fcnglichkeit, die man hier noch findet, die freundlichen, offenen Menschen beeindruckten mich gleich vom ersten Moment an. Aber das Land befindet sich auch in einem tiefgreifenden gesellschaftlichen Umbruch. Er ist \u00fcberall sicht- und sp\u00fcrbar. F\u00fcr Reisende bedeutet heute der wirtschaftliche und politische Wandel luxuri\u00f6se Hotels, komfortable Busse und gute Inlandsflugverbindungen.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Stationen meiner Reise mit dem Studienreiseveranstalter <strong>Studiosus<\/strong> sind die quirlige 5-Millionen-Metropole <strong>Yangon<\/strong>, die grandiose Tempelwelt in <strong>Bagan<\/strong> und der mystisch anmutende <strong>Inle-See<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yangon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anfang April bei feuchthei\u00dfen 37 Grad in Yangon angekommen ist der erste Anlaufpunkt die Sule-Pagode.&nbsp; Schuhe und Socken aus &#8211; das ist Pflicht in allen birmesischen Tempelanlagen &#8211; und ganz \u201ebuddhistisch\u201c im Uhrzeigersinn rund um den Turm schlendern. Super zentral gelegen, zu Fu\u00df ist der bekannte Scotts-Market zum Schauen und St\u00f6bern schnell erreicht. Das&nbsp;riesige Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksbuffet \u00fcberfordert fast:&nbsp;Indische, arabische, asiatische und europ\u00e4ische&nbsp;Spezialit\u00e4ten&nbsp;reihen sich aneinander &#8211; was nehme ich denn nur?&nbsp;Am Abend  in der Rooftop-Bar im gegen\u00fcberliegenden Sakura Tower unbedingt&nbsp;einen&nbsp;Absacker genie\u00dfen, bei einem grandiosen Blick auf das glitzernde Lichtermeer von Yangon. In der N\u00e4he liegt auch das legend\u00e4re Hotel &#8222;The Strand&#8220;. Der High-Tea nachmittags oder die Sarkie-Bar am Abend, inklusive kolonialem Charme, versetzen einen gedanklich in die Welt um 1900.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bagan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Bagan, der Weltkulturerbe-Stadt am 2170 langen Fluss Ayeyarwady, befindet sich das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Tempelmeer der Welt &#8211;&nbsp; von den einst \u00fcber 10.000 Pagoden, Stupas und Tempeln stehen heute noch rund 2000.&nbsp;Auf holprigen Pferdekutschen sitzend, \u00fcber staubige Wege an diesen&nbsp;uralten Zeugnissen der Vergangenheit vorbeizurattern &#8211;&nbsp;welch ein Gef\u00fchl!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und dann bricht endlich der Morgen an, dem ich entgegengefiebert habe.&nbsp;Die Hei\u00dfluftballone liegen bei Ankunft in der Dunkelheit noch platt am Boden, werden bald bef\u00fcllt und ich schwebe im Korb stehend ganz langsam und leise nach oben. Eine sehr ruhige, inmitten von Palmen und Bananenstauden gelegene tropisch anmutende Anlage. M\u00fcckenschutz hier sehr wichtig!&nbsp; Der Inle See ist eine ganz eigene Welt f\u00fcr sich.
