In naher Zukunft wird au\u00dferdem das neue <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>RIU Palace<\/strong><\/span> direkt nebenan er\u00f6ffnen.<br>Durch das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet wird sich somit allerdings kein weiteres Hotel dort ansiedeln. Dies verspricht somit einen tollen, freien Ausblick, sowie eine ruhige Lage.<br>Mit 36 qm sind die Zimmer sehr gro\u00df und ger\u00e4umig, au\u00dferdem bietet der benachbarte <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>RIU Aquapark<\/strong> <\/span>beste Unterhaltung, auch f\u00fcr die kleinsten G\u00e4ste.<br>Das Hotel ist wirklich in einem sehr guten Zustand und vor allem optimal geeignet f\u00fcr Familien oder Paare, die ein neues, modernes und geradliniges Design bevorzugen. Au\u00dferdem besonders \u2013 die vorgelagerte Insel \u201eIsla Mujeres\u201c, die zu einem tollen Ausflug einl\u00e4dt.<br>F\u00fcr G\u00e4ste ab 18 Jahren darf obendrein das benachbarte Schwesterhotel Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf &amp; Spa Resort genutzt werden, welches zus\u00e4tzlich noch eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Restaurantauswahl und weitere Annehmlichkeiten bietet.<br>Des Weiteren ist der relativ kurze Flughafentransfer von nur 40 min Fahrtzeit als absoluter Pluspunkt anzubringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div id='gallery-2' class='gallery galleryid-47968 Denn von Juni bis November ist Regenzeit in Mexiko mit massiven Niederschl\u00e4gen! Zudem treten in dieser Region von Mai bis September Hurrikane auf. Auch heute standen Besichtigungen mehrerer Hotels an, u.a. das <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>Ocean Maya Royal<\/strong><\/span>, das<span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong> Riu Yucatan<\/strong><\/span>, sowie das <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>Riu Palace Mexico<\/strong><\/span>.<br>Besonders begeistert hat mich der wundersch\u00f6ne und sehr breite Strandabschnitt am RIU Yucatan und dem benachbarten RIU Palace Mexico. Im Ocean Riviera Paradise hatten wir unser eigenes kleines \u201eUrlaubsdorf\u201c. Neben verschiedener Buffet- und \u00e0 la carte Restaurants, erwartete uns eine Bowling Bahn, eine kleine Shopping Meile, ein Casino und vieles mehr. Wem dieses Unterhaltungsprogramm nicht ausreicht, konnte am Abend noch das Zentrum von Playa del Carmen unsicher machen. Zum Beispiel das<span style=\"color: #d20054;\"> <strong>Akumal Bay<\/strong> <\/span>&#8211; ein wirklich tolles und sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Haus. Mit nur 310 Zimmer ist es, f\u00fcr mexikanische Verh\u00e4ltnisse, ein eher famili\u00e4res und \u00fcberschaubares Hotel, welches sehr offen gestaltet ist.<br>Absolutes Highlight ist das vorgelagerte Riff mit den Meeresschildkr\u00f6ten, daher also ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Aber auch Yogis kommen mit 5 Yoga Kursen t\u00e4glich voll auf ihre Kosten.<br>Sehr beliebt ist das Hotel vor allem bei deutschen G\u00e4sten. Auch in der TUI G\u00e4stebewertung spiegelt sich dies sehr positiv wider. Eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an vorz\u00fcglichen \u00e0 la Carte Restaurants ersetzen die sonst so \u00fcblichen Buffetrestaurants.<br>Alle Junior Suiten sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber eine Nespresso Maschine, sowie eine Jacuzzi Badewanne. Ein besonderes Erlebnis, war die anschlie\u00dfende Show \u00fcber die Geschichte Mexikos und die unterschiedliche Entwicklung der einzelnen Bundesstaaten, w\u00e4hrend der uns ein 8-G\u00e4ngiges Men\u00fc serviert wurde. Unser erster Stopp sollte Valladolid sein.<br>Das erste Gruppenspiel der Fu\u00dfball Weltmeisterschaft zwischen dem Weltmeister Deutschland und Mexiko, erlebten wir in einem landestypischen mexikanischen Restaurant inmitten jubelnder Mexikaner. Deutschland hat an diesem Tag zwar verloren, das Erlebnis und die Atmosph\u00e4re waren trotzdem einzigartig und unvergesslich.<br>Etwas entt\u00e4uscht vom Sieg der Mexikaner machten wir uns im Anschluss auf in Richtung <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>Uxmal<\/strong><\/span>. Die hervorragend erhaltene Anlage gew\u00e4hrt fantastische Eindr\u00fccke vom Baustil der Maya und deren Kultur. Als aussenstehender m\u00f6chte man denken, dass dies ein Trauerfest sei, doch das komplette Gegenteil ist der Fall. Denn an diesen 3 Tagen ist auf Mexikos Stra\u00dfen ordentlich was los! Nach vorlage der Typischen \u201eCalaveras\u201c und \u201eCaracas\u201c wird sich Geschminkt und verkleidet um fr\u00f6hlich mit Verwandten, Freunden und den Verstorbenen zu feiern. Dies ist eine Tausende alte Tradition, da man es damals als respektlos empfand, um verstorbene zu Trauern. Definitiv ein Highlight um das Sie eine Mexiko-Reise planen k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #01a59b;\">M\u00e9rida<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser letzter Stopp an diesem Abend sollte <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>M\u00e9rida<\/strong><\/span> sein, die Hauptstadt von Yucat\u00e1n.<br>M\u00e9rida, erbaut im Kolonialstil, hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und gilt als eine der sichersten St\u00e4dte in Mittel- bzw. Lateinamerika. Es lohnt sich abends eines der sehr hippen Restaurants oder eine Bar zu besuchen. Wir waren an unserem Abend in Merida im Panchos. Das Restaurant befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Essen war super und der wundersch\u00f6ne Innenhof sorgte f\u00fcr eine ganz besondere Atmosph\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe style=\"border: 0px currentColor;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d1376015.151759549!2d-88.4183892386207!3d20.578941506279488!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x8f56715cab450d17%3A0x5dfc155715abeb09!2zTcOpcmlkYSwgWXVjYXTDoW4sIE1leGlrbw!5e0!3m2!1sde!2sde!4v1550831521732\" width=\"800\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #01a59b;\">Celest\u00fan<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen bummelten wir noch etwas durch Merida und machten uns dann auf den Weg in Richtung Golfk\u00fcste nach <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>Celest\u00fan<\/strong><\/span>. Hier unternahmen wir eine Bootsfahrt in der Lagune und konnten rosafarbene Flamingos in freier Wildbahn bestaunen \u2013 bis hierher eines meiner absoluten Reisehighlights. Dies k\u00f6nnte allerdings auch daran liegen, dass wir an diesem Tag die ersten Sonnenstrahlen auf mexikanischen Boden wahrnehmen konnten. Die Tage zuvor war unser Programm durch Dauerregen etwas getr\u00fcbt. Dies war ein Umstand, weshalb ich diese Reise nach Mexiko wohl nie vergessen werde. Daher mein Tipp zur Reisezeit: November bis April!<br>Anschlie\u00dfend haben wir den Mittag unter blauem Himmel in einem Strandrestaurant am wundersch\u00f6nen Strand von Celest\u00fan ausklingen lassen. Selbst nannte sich das Volk \u201eMexico\u201c, was wohl der Ursprung des heutigen Mexikos ist. Die Maya siedelten zwischen dem 4. Und 10. Jahrhundert im S\u00fcdosten Mexikos an und erschufen hierbei die sogenannte Halbinsel Yucatan. Das Volk der Maya gilt, als eines der Unerforschtesten V\u00f6lker der Menschlichen Geschichte.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am Nachmittag fuhren wir dann wieder in Richtung Cancun. Nach einem kurzen Abstecher zur lebhaften Hotelzone von Cancun im <span style=\"color: #d20054;\"><strong>RIU Palace Penninsula<\/strong><\/span>, ging es auch schon wieder Richtung Flughafen und dann zu unserem R\u00fcckflug in Richtung Deutschland.<br>Eine tolle Reise mit vielen au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen und unvergesslichen Momenten in einem sehr vielf\u00e4ltigen Land ging zu Ende.<br>Gerne
